Jeanne M. Salino

Jeanne M. Salino, 87, passed away on Saturday January 30, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Ithaca, the daughter of the late Michael and Bernice (Bacon) Morusty and was the widow of Joseph F. Salino who died in 2000. Jeanne and Joe had owned and operated Salino Electric Motors, in Ithaca, for many years. She was a longtime member of the Immaculate Conception Church.

Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Ron) Hunt, her granddaughters, Megan Hall, Christina (Eric) Dixon, grandsons, Bryan Hall, Tyler, and Michael Salino; great grandchildren, Levi and Sophia Hall, Avianna, Isaiah, Skye, and Serenity Dixon; her sisters, Sharon (Cody) Mushatt, Shelly (Scott) Adams, Janet Cleary; Brother, Bob (Sheila) Morusty. Jeanne also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband, Jeanne was also predeceased by her son, Joseph M. Salino; her brothers, Ken (Judy) Morusty, Roger (Rose) Morusty, and Carol McGill.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeanne’s memory may be made to Immaculate Conception Church.

At her request, no services will be held.
