William B. Oliver of Ithaca, NY passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 48 surrounded by family and friends in the comfort of his home. William was born on May 10, 1974 to Francis Sr. and Rose Oliver. Billy enjoyed shopping at the Finger Lakes Re-Use Center, he was also a die-hard “Buffalo Bills” fan….”GO BILLS!” He especially loved spending time with family and friends with some BBQ and a few beers in his parent’s backyard.
Surviving are his children, Ashley Ebal of NC and Cole (Megan) Oliver of Montour Falls, NY; his parents, Francis Sr and Rose Oliver; his siblings, Francis Jr. (Marcy) Oliver and Chrissy Oliver (Norm Chapman); partner, Edythe Bowlsby; his beloved dog, “Peppers”; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11:00am at St. Catherine’s Church of Siena, 304 Siena Drive, Ithaca, NY.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 20th from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at 616 W. Clinton Street, Ithaca, NY.
