Virginia Iacovelli, 81, of 327 Coddington Rd. Ithaca, Passed away Sunday March 8, 2015 at the Cayuga Medical Center. She was born in Ithaca, Daughter of the late Oliver and Mae Grant Ross.
Virginia was a loving devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and friends to many
Survivors include Husband of 64 years Paul Iacovelli, son: Paul (Billie Jo) Iacovelli, daughters: Kathy (Travis) Cleveland and Joan (Butch) Benjamin, grandchildren: Jeremiah (Angie) Iacovelli, Shane (Lisa) Benjamin, Christopher(Carrie) Esatman, Crissy Baker, Beth Ann Malpasso, Jessica (John) Freund and Jenna Benjamin and 16 great grandchildren, brothers: Tom, Rodney and Tim Ross, sisters: Gloria Huff, Crystal (Charly) Hyer and Linda (Jimmy) Hendrickson also brothers-in-law James (Tony) Iacovelli, Lawrence (Trina) Iacovelli, Orlando (Helen) Iacovelli and Ralph (Roxanne) Iacovelli and sister-in-law: Virginia (Donald) Seacord and several nieces nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents she was also pre-decesaed by brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters--in- law.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 11, 2015 at Bangs Funeral Home, at 12:00 noon with Rev. Dale Ford officiating, friends may call fron 10:00 to 12:00 noon prior to the services. Burial at South hill Cemetery will be delayed until Spring. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to either S.P.C.A. or Hospicare.
