Timothy M. Poyer Sr.

Timothy M. Poyer Sr. 48 of 310 Floral Ave. Ithaca, died Friday March 22, 2013 at the Cayuga Medical Center. Born in Ithaca, NY son of the late Raymond and Joyce LaBarr Poyer. Survivors include sons: T.J. Poyer and Torey (Lindsey Harrell) Poyer of Newfield; former wife and friend, Bonnie Hockenberry; sisters: Robin (Bob) Lampman and Becky (Chuck) Kenyon; brothers: Ray (Sue) Poyer, Rusty Poyer and Wes (Stephanie) Doty; also several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, and special cat "Bailey". A special thank you to all his caregivers. Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 27, 2013 at 12:00 noon at Bangs Funeral Home with good friend Lenny Whittaker officiating Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon prior to the service. Burial at Grove Cemetery will be delayed until later in the Spring. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to either the Brooktondale Fire Department, Slaterville Ambulance or Gadabout service
