Curry, Thomas P.
Thomas P. Curry passed away June 9, 2012 at his home in Ithaca, N.Y. He was born in Syracuse in 1942, son of the late, Thomas J. Curry and Mary (McGarr) Curry. A graduate of St. John the Evangelist High School, he attended Dayton University and served in the U.S. Army. Tom enjoyed golf, listening to the Yankees on the radio, and playing bridge. He was a member of the Ithaca Bridge Club. Tom was predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Jessica. Surviving are his brothers and sisters Stephen (Tanja) Curry, Mary (Jim) Burns, Eileen (Bob) Weathers, Daniel Curry, Joe (Rose Bertocci) Curry, Kathleen Freeman, John (Barbara Le Savoy) Curry, numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. The family plans a private celebration of Tom's life at a later date. Bangs Funeral Home will be assisting the family.
