Shirley Yvonne Rapalee

Shirley Yvonne Rapalee, 94, passed away peacefully June 24, 2023. She was a lifelong resident of Ithaca, NY and graduate of Ithaca High School. She was the only child of Kermit Rapalee and Ethel Maughan Rapalee and wife of Albert Wilinson of Ithaca (all deceased). Shirley was talented and had interest in art, dance, sewing and cooking. She had a great passion for animals whom she cared for. She is survived by daughter Christine Wilkinson Corbett (Theodore Corbett) of Melfa, VA, and son Michael Wilkinson (Alice Rockey) of Ithaca. A second son, Mark Wilkinson is deceased. She is also survived by two grandsons: Chistopher Caputi and Shane Caputi and four great-grandchildren.
