Ronald A. Maycumber, Sr.

NEWFIELD - Ronald A. Maycumber Sr., 55, died unexpectedly November 14, 2019 in Ithaca, NY. He was born May 16, 1964 in Ithaca, the son of the late Robert D. Maycumber Sr. and Mary J. (Happel) Maycumber.

Ronald worked at the City of Ithaca’s Department of Public Works for 26 years and was the owner and operator of Night Owl Auto used cars. He married the love of his life, Jacqueline A. (Kastenhuber) Maycumber on July 11, 1992 and settled in the town of Newfield, NY. They had 2 children and shared 20 years of marriage before the passing of Jacqueline A. Maycumber on June 15, 2013.

Surviving members of his family include his son, Ronald A. Maycumber Jr. and his wife, Meighan E. Maycumber; his daughter, Sara J. (Maycumber) Lisk and her husband, Brandon B. Lisk; 3 brothers, Robert D. Maycumber Jr. and his wife, Penni L. Maycumber, David C. Maycumber and his wife, Debbie M. Maycumber, Kenneth M. Maycumber; many nieces and nephews.
