Roger Paolangeli, 94 years old, passed away October 29, 2022. Roger was born in Ithaca, NY and has been a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1990. He worked at Texas Instruments for 25 years as a Senior Sales Engineer and retired in 1983. He retired for a second time after 13 years with Medco Health in 2011.
Roger was the Charter Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council 10505 in Charlotte, NC in 1988. He was an honorary life member of the Las Vegas Third Degree Council 8282 and Fourth Degree Council.
Roger was predeceased by his wife of 28 years, Elvera Paolangeli; parents, Ernest and Filomena Paolangeli; son, Paul Paolangeli; and daughter, Evelyn Tamela. He is survived by his son, Joe Paolangeli; daughters, Kathy Frances and Beth Conrow; brother Rudy (Cookie) Paolangeli from Ithaca, NY; his three step-children, Eve Jimenez, Mark Dreitzler and Sheila Lucatelli of Las Vegas; as well as eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 1:00pm at Bangs Funeral Home, 209 W. Green Street, Ithaca, NY. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00pm until 1:00pm. Burial will be held privately at Calvary Cemetery.
