Roddie Weigand

Roddie Weigand, 72, of Tupper Rd., Spencer, NY, died Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Cayuga Medical Center. She was born in Ithaca, daughter of the late Roderick and Irene Chalker Martin. Roddie was a retired nurse. She had worked for many years at several local institutions including Cayuga Medical Center and most nursing home facilities and had also done private duty work.

Roddie is survived by her daughters, Lisa Lorer and Suzi (Julian) Munoz; her grandchildren, Sarah Reynolds, Kristin Weber, Jennah Lorer, Dante Munoz, Adam Lorer and Julia Munoz and her great grandchildren, Jace and Sadie Reynolds. She is also survived by her sisters, Sharon Kelly and Dorothy Myers and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Roddies's wishes a private service for family and friends is being planned. In lieu of flowers a charity will be announced.
