Robert Brian Mcswain

Robert Brian McSwain, 49, passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 13, 2023. Robert was born on October 23,1973 in Lewisburg, PA and was a 1992 graduate of Warrior Run High School in Turbotville, PA. He went on to obtain an associate degree from Tompkins Cortland Community College. He resided in Newfield, NY for the past 24 years. Robert liked to work with his hands and was proprietor of Orion Remodeling Inc. for many years. More recently, he worked as an electrician and performed tasks for area residents. He also enjoyed attending music festivals and was an avid Grateful Dead fan. Robert leaves behind his beloved son, Erik G. McSwain (Kasey Gregory) of Brooklyn, NY, his parents, Richard C. McSwain and Gloria M. (Sherwood) McSwain. along with his brother Richard A. McSwain (Joy), all of Watsontown, PA. In addition, Robert leaves behind his cherished goldendoodle, Charlie. Robert was predeceased by a sister, Patricia A. Fisher. A memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
