Kane, Patrick, 66
Born December 14, 1948, Pat passed with his family by his side, at home, on June 7, 2015 as a result of injuries sustained from a fall on March 8th. He was predeceased by his parents Charles William and Luella Kane.
Pat is survived by those who will forever love him; Cathy Pace, Anne Kane, his two children Joseph Kane (Trish Jones) and Lindsay Kane (Corey King), brother Charles William Kane Jr., nephew Jeff (Leslee) Kane, nieces Lisa (Pete) Kanallis and Tracey (Doug) Smith, special friend Jack Carpenter and numerous great nieces and nephews. Pat worked in the maintenance department at Cornell University's Statler Hotel for 25 years, retiring in December 2014. Prior to that, he worked with a great group of people at Sam Peter's as well as managed several local restaurants including McDonald's on Elmira Road. Pat graduated from Ithaca High, Class of 1966.
Instead of a funeral service, Pat had asked to have a gathering of his family and friends at Lake Watch Inn. Please join us on Sunday, June 14th from 1-3pm to celebrate his life.
