Nebiyou Solomon Tulu, 24, of E. Court St., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 25, 2105 at the Cayuga Medical Center.
Nebiyou will be laid to rest on Thursday, April 2, 2015 in his native Ethiopia.
