Matthew Dominic Scaglione

Matthew Dominic Scaglione was born May 24,1983and passed away suddenly
on the evening of March 26,2022, leaving us all shocked and heartbroken.

Matthew was a 2001 graduate of Ithaca High School and attended Tompkins
Cortland Community College.  He worked as a Senior Remote Banking
Specialist for Tompkins Financial Corporation from 2007-2022. He was an
avid outdoorsman and enjoyed camping and fishing. He had a lifelong
fascination with the stars.

He leaves behind his wife Stephanie Freeman Scaglione, son Hudson Danger
Scaglione,and his daughter Caroline Forza Scaglione. He is also survived
by his Mother Florence Scaglione , brother Michael Scaglione
(Laurie), and sister Mary Elliott (Mike),  mother and father in-law
Susan and Scot Freeman, brother in-law Tim Freeman, sister in-law Amanda
Freeman (Reese) and several aunts, uncles, nieces  nephews and cousins,
many great friends, and his beloved dog Boba.

He was predeceased by his Father Anthony Scaglione.

Matthew loved his family more than anything in the world and spent the
majority of his spare time making their world a better place. Always
with a smile, an infectious laugh or a crazy face, Matt touched the
lives of many throughout his short life. He will never be forgotten.
