Mary Elizabeth Benson

Mary E. Benson, 94, passed away on January 15, 2023 at Oak Hill Manor Nursing Home. She was born April 14, 1928 in Ithaca, NY. Mary worked for the City of Ithaca from age 17 until her retirement. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles; daughter, Carol; son in law, Brian; sisters, Jane and Harriet; and brothers, Lawrence and Robert. Mary is survived by her son and daughter in law, David and Gloria Benson; grandchildren, Jeff Benson and Michelle Benson (Brian); and great grandchildren, Lilly Benson, Kenzie Benson, Anna Kreowski and Jacob Kreowski.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  In keeping with Mary’s wishes there will be no calling hours.
