Marshall "Lou" Sidle

Marshall "Lou" Sidle, 77, of Baldwinsville, NY passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019. He was born in Patterson, NJ and lived most of his life in Ithaca. Son of the late Carl and Maria "Belle" Sidle In 2007 he retired to Myrtle Beach until this past year when he moved to Baldwinsville, NY.

Lou was a graduate of Ithaca High School and attended Ithaca College. He  served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and had been employed with The Royal Motor Group, Cutting Motor Group and Zikakis Chevrolet. An avid sports fan, he enjoyed golfing, Syracuse University athletics and the Cleveland Browns. He was a former member of the NYS Draft Horse Club, was an excellent cook and above all loved spending time with his family.

Lou was predeceased by his granddaughter, Sophie Kawejsza and sister, Joanne Snyder and nephew Kevin Snyder. Surviving are his daughter, Jenee (Rob) Kawejsza of Warners, NY; his son, Tony Sidle of Ithaca; sister, Andrea Hodges of Conway, SC; his granddaughters, Samantha and Cecily Kawejsza and Auriana Sidle and his grandsons, Tanis and Tony Franchi.

Friends may call Saturday December 21, 2019 from 1:30 to 3:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. A reception to follow at the Dryden Veterans Memorial Home 2272 Dryden Road. Dryden, NY. In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to Sophie's Giving Tree P.O. Box 116 Warners, NY  13164
