Linda Ellen Stoddard

Linda Ellen Stoddard, 66, of Ithaca, NY, died Sunday, December 17, 2017 at her home. Linda was born in Buffalo, NY on April 22, 1951, the daughter of Ellender Wilson Stoddard, and the late Gordon Stoddard.

Survivors Include sisters: Beth (Kris) Durham and Virginia Kordrupel, and sister-in-law, Lynn Stoddard, in addition to her father she was also predeceased by her brother Robert.

Linda lived, loved and died in Ithaca after 40 years. She considered and proclaimed her closest living friends, family who supported her and cared for her. Her love of animals never ending, the latest love of her life, her cat, Holly Ann. Linda was a Private person and never "in your face". You always knew at some point in time-on her time-she would call, text or stop by: now that call will never come again. She was dearly and deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be sent to the S.P.C.A of Tompkins County. Bangs Funeral Home will be assisting the family.
