Larry Lockwood

Larry Lockwood passed away peacefully 09/26/2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a sports fanatic and attended many high school football games. Anyone that knew Larry knew he would give the shirt off his back to help someone as such he donated his organs as his final wish. He loved to make you laugh and feel loved. He was a faithful friend, son, father, brother, uncle and grandfather (Poppy). He recently retired from Cornell University.

He is survived by his wife Laura Lockwood, his parents Dayton and Lerena Lockwood, Twin brother Terry, Twin sisters Patty (Jeff) and Penny (Roger) sister Connie ( Jim) and sister in law Clara. Sons Micheal (Mindy), Dayton ( Anastacia) and Joe. Step sons Andy and Tim. Grandchildren Abiliene, Shawn, Uriyah, Alyanah, Sean, Zakary and Riley. Several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by brothers Randy and Jeff and his nephews RJ and Kyle.

Celebration of life will be held on September 30, 2023 at 1 pm at the Newfield Fire Company. The family ask that you bring a dish to pass. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bangs Funeral Home, online condolences can be left at www. bangsfuneralhome.com
