Kyle E. Shutts

TRUMANSBURG – Kyle E. Shutts, 33, of Trumansburg, passed away unexpectedly as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Born on January 7, 1985, he was the son of Tim Shutts and Cheryl (Dunn) Shutts.

Kyle was employed at Domino’s in Ithaca.

Survivors include his father, Tim Shutts (Susan) of Spencer; his mother, Cheryl Shutts of TN; his sisters, Tonya Arsenault (Josh) of TN, Stacy Costner (Curtis) of TN; his brother, Jason Shutts (Carla) of CA; his paternal grandmother, H. Marlene Shutts of Cicero; his step sisters, Jacinta Stark (John) of Dryden, Janelle Shipos (Beth) of FL; his step brother, Jared Shipos (Nicole) of Apalachin; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as family friend and former fiancé, Tanya Bunce of Newfield.

A memorial visitation will be held from 3-5 pm on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Bangs Funeral Home, Inc. 209 W. Green Street in Ithaca.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kyle’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.

Kyle’s family would like to thank the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Department, Bangs Ambulance Service, and Cayuga Medical Center for their care, sensitivity and professionalism.
