Kerry R. Kleckner, 72, of West Danby Rd., Newfield, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the Beechtree Care Center. He was born in Parma, Ohio, son of the late George and Edna Kleckner.
Kerry was a graduate of Kansas State University and was retired from Borg-Warner where he had worked as an engineer for nearly 30 years. He loved his time spent with friends and family, especially the countless trips to the Outer Banks where he had become a certified beach bum. He was an avid bowler and a diehard Philadelphia Phillies fan.
A loving and devoted husband and father, Kerry is survived by his wife of 44 years, Cheryl White Kleckner and his children, Wendy (Don) Valentino and Tim Kleckner. He is also survived by his brother, Keith (Nancy) Kleckner and several nieces and nephews.
