BERGGREN - Kathy Lee (Druckman), passed away unexpectedly July 24th
2014. Kathy has been loved by everyone she touched. She affected their
lives in different ways, but everyone came away changed. She made
Ithaca her home but her passions took her beyond those borders.
Kathy was part of the Ithaca & Cornell Community since 1986, coming as a
student then transitioning to a Senior Lecturer in CALS.
Kathy is survived by her devoted husband, Martin Berggren and her
fabulous children Annika and Linus. She leaves devastated parents
Marjorie & Daniel Druckman and brother Jamie (Nikki) Druckman. Kathy
leaves an extended family of mother-in-law Christina Berggren Kemp (John
Kemp), father-in-law Gilbert Berggren (Ina Almegard) many
sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, & loving nieces and nephews.
We are all proud and grateful to have loved and been loved by Kathy.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be setup at Cornell. The

A funeral service will be held at 12pm Wednesday July 30th at Tikkun
v'Or Temple, 2550 N. Triphammer Road, at Burdick Hill Road, Ithaca NY.
Rabbi Brian Walt and Cantor Abby Lyons will officiate. After the
service there will be a graveside service followed by a remembrance
reception at Tikkun v'Or Temple.
