Judith B. Oltz age 74, earned her wings on March 17th 2015. Judy is survived by her husband Richard 'Dick' Oltz of 42 years, her daughters Susan Oltz and Michelle Phalin (Oltz), her brother Donald Bergman, grandson Travis MacQuarrie, granddaughter Delia Phalin, and several other relatives.
Judy worked for the Cornell Law School for 24 years. She was an active member of her community including the Danby Volunteer Fire Department and Danby Federated Church. She enjoyed helping others in need and assisted with many events and fundraisers. Judy was well known for showing love through her cooking and baking which many enjoyed.
Judy had an open ear and heart to anyone that needed help. She and her cooking will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Calling hours will be held for family and friends Sunday March 22nd from 12-2pm at Bangs Funeral home. 209 W. Green St. Ithaca, NY 14850
The funeral service will be Monday March 23rd at 11am with a reception to follow at Danby Federated Church. 1859 Danby Rd. Ithaca, NY14850 for those who would like to attend.
