Joshua Walsh, born in Prescott, Arizona, passed away on May 8, 2024 in Lansing, New York: he was 41 years old.
Josh grew up in the Finger Lakes area and later traveled around the country, exploring new places and working as a chef in New Orleans, San Francisco, Portland, Colorado, and Ithaca. He also drove a taxi for a cab company in Ithaca. Josh loved music, books, and animals, and was fiercely protective of those he loved.
He is mourned by brothers Jacob Walsh, Sean O'Day, and Tim O'Day, sisters Jennifer O'Day Duran and Laura Moore-McClelland, and by friends far and wide.
A memorial gathering to remember Josh's life will be held at a future date in Ithaca, New York.
