Jacqueline Kastenhuber Maycumber

Jacqueline Ann Kastenhuber/Maycumber born November 17th 1964 and passed June 15th 2013 at the age of 48. She is survived by her husband Ronald A Maycumber Sr. Her son, daughter, son in law, daughter in law Ronald A and Meighan Maycumber Jr. Sara and Brandon Lisk. Her mother Ana Kastenhuber, brothers and sisters Butch and Cathleen Sincebaugh, Tina Kastenhuber, George Kastenhuber, Roger Kastenhuber Jr. Cheryl and Marty Oltz, Debbie and David Maycumber, Kenneth and Barb Maycumber, Robert and Penni Maycumber. Survived also by her nieces and nephews D.J Maycumber and Cassy Kelly, Heather Maycumber and John Hammond, Kurt and Christine Kurfoot, Keith and Alicen Kurfoot, Joshua Kastenhuber, Justin Kastenhuber, Samantha Maycumber, John Hammond Jr. Zachary Hammond, Candice Kastenhuber, Mya Kastenhuber, Theresa Kastenhuber and Sierra kastenhuber. Pre- deceased by her father Roger L. Kastenhuber Sr. Jacqueline was a strong and amazing woman, wife, mother, sister and daughter who fought with leiomyosarcoma, a rare form of uterine cancer for over a year. She has been and inspiration who has made us all proud and is now finally at peace to suffer no longer. Jackie worked for 27 plus years at the Ithaca City School District. Memories of her will be held dearly in the hearts of all her friends and family. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated to the American Cancer Society or the SPCA of Tompkins County in lieu of flowers. Jacqueline Ann Kastenhuber Maycumber, 48, passed away, Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the Hospicare Residence.

A celebration of Jackie's life will be held on Saturday, July 27th at the Eagles Club, 711 W. Clinton St., Ithaca, beginning at 12 noon.
