Irina Vakhovskaya, 77, of Ithaca passed away on July 23, 2013 after a stroke. Irina will be remembered as a loving and loved wife, mother, babushka, and mother-in-law. Born June 14, 1936 in Kiev, Ukraine, she has lived and enjoyed a full and dignified life and has always risen above the circumstances. She is survived by her son Dimitri Naydich, his wife Irina, and their son Alexander (Sasha). The calling hours are Friday July 26 10-11AM at the Bangs Funeral Home.
