Hy Bley, 87, of 215 N. Cayuga St., died June 15, 2012 at the Cayuga Medical Center. He was a retired commercial artist and and Army Veteran of WW II.
Graveside services were held on June 18, 2012 atthe Lakeview Cemetery with Rabbi Scott Glass presiding.
