Ksenak, Helen Kenyon
Helen Kenyon Ksenak, age 91, of Ithaca, passed away on April 23, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Ksenak was born February 8, 1921, daughter of the late, Frederick and Lulu Kenyon Boom. Mrs. Ksenak loved family picnics, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Andrew Ksenak; her three daughters, Andrea (Robert) McDermott of Nashville, Pamela Ksenak and Patti Ksenak, both of Ithaca; grandsons, Michael (Angela) Hamilton of Ithaca, Christopher (Jennifer) McDermott of St. Louis, Andrew McDermott of Nashville; great grandsons, Wyatt, Dikota and Hanklin Hamilton of Ithaca and sister, Mildred Masters of Ithaca; numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ksenak was predeceased by sisters, Margaret June, Jennie Huddle and Vera Klingle. We would also like to extend a special thank-you to Cathy Stilwell for the wonderful care and friendship she gave to our mother. Also special thanks to Karia Jones and Sarah Weigand for their special weekend care. A Celebration of Helen's life will be held Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Bangs Fuenral Home with Rev. Dale Ford Officiating. Burial to follow at the Frear Memorial Park. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
