Harry Tudi

Tudi, Harry A. of Land 0 Lakes, Florida, formerly of Newfield,
NY, passed away at home on Sunday, January 31,2016. Harry
celebrated his 94th birthday on December 18, 2015. He served his
country in the Army during WWII. He was predeceased by his
wife of 62 years, Louise P. Tudi. Harry is survived by his son,
Richard P. Tudi and his wife, Judy P. Tudi and daughter, Nancy
Winch and her husband, Daniel M. Winch of Newfield. Harry has
two grandsons, Paul D. Winch (Evie) and Thomas C. Winch
(Heather) and four great-grandchildren, Christopher P.Winch
(Courtney); Abby L.Winch Rimbey (Jerid) ; William T.Winch and
James D.Winch. Surviving him is great-great granddaughter, Lilly
E.Winch, daughter of Christopher and Courtney. Harry came from
a family of 11; he is the 7th of the 11 to pass being survived by
brothers, Anthony Tudi of St Petersburg, FL and Ned Tudi of
Canastota, NY; and sisters, Lucy Kamas of Horseheads, NY and
Annie Gatto of Gainesville, GA plus many nieces and nephews.
Also surviving is his companion of 10 years, Margaret Poelvoorde
of Plant City, FL and her 4 children. We express our gratitude and
appreciation to Margaret and her family for their love and
commitment to our father. We thank the caregivers in Dad's life
during his last days, Shene and Judith. Harry and Louise, their
son, Richard and wife, Judy, worked the land and ran a Dairy of
Distinction on Millard Hill in Newfield for iiiany years. They
worked hard to keep Hickory Vue productive and well-tended.
Prayer services will be held Thursday February 11, 2016 At
10:30 A.M. at Bangs Funeral Home with Patrick Meyer officiating
Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. In,lieu of flowers
memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital PO Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
