Gale Cynthia (Kidney) Park

God gained another perfect angel.

Gale Park, 73 of Ithaca passed away on March 17th, at Cayuga Medical Center after a courageous 47-year battle with Multiple Sclerosis, with her husband by her side. Gale and John were married May 2, 1970. May 2, 2025 would have been their 55th wedding anniversary.  Gale was born on July 27, 1951, in Ithaca, NY, to Edward Kidney and Margaret (Sturyvant) Kidney.

In addition, to her husband John, Gale is survived by their children Jennifer and Jarred. Grandchildren: Colin, and Livia. Sister Lisa (Michael) Doody. In addition to her parents Gale was predeceased by her sister Sandy.

The family would like to thank all the nurses and aids on 4 north and the nurses and staff at the Wound Care Clinic, at Cayuga Medical Center for all the compassionate care they gave to Gale.

Calling Hours will be held on Monday, March 24, from 4-6 PM at Bangs Funeral Home. A funeral service with be on Tuesday, March 25, at 1:00PM at Bangs Funeral Home, burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
