Frank J. Ecker, 82, of Lansing, died Sunday, October 28, 2018 at the Cayuga Medical Center.
Son of the late Herman and Justina Ecker. he resided at the Groton Community Health Care Center.
Frank graduated from Lansing Central School, class of 1955 and
was employed by International Salt Co. and Cargill Inc.
He was an avid New York Yankees and New York Giants fan and also enjoyed fishing, hunting
and all kinds of music.
He is survived by his sisters, Elsie (Richard) Zifchock and Anna Wagner; Sister-In- Law, Jeanette Ecker and
several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also predeceased by his brothers, John and Joseph Ecker
and brother-in law, William Wagner.
The family wishes to extend their appreciation to everyone at the Groton Health Center for the wonderful care given to
Frank while he resided there.
Private graveside services will be held at the Calvary Cemetery. As per Frank's wishes there will be no public services or calling hours.
