Jacksonville, NY- France Fadalti formerly of Jacksonville, NY passed away peacefully on a beautiful sunny day; November 26, 2019, at the age of 84. France, daughter of the late Jean and Charlotte Baar, was born on January 11, 1935, in Liege, Belgium.
France grew up in Liege, Belgium where she met her husband, Connie and soon after they married on March 11, 1955. Their first adventure led them to Canada. Little did they know the United States would be their new home. With the help of relatives and speaking very little English France and Connie began their life with 2 daughters (Nancy and Joelle). In 1970 France and Connie became United States Citizens and very proud of it.
France was always by Connie’s side. She worked part-time at home with their business Jacksonville Machine Services and enjoyed watching the grandchildren. France’s home away from home was Fort Pierce, FL. She loved the ocean and warm weather of course but, Jacksonville, NY would always be her true home. France was very involved with the Jacksonville Methodist Church and loved singing in the choir. Spending time with family and friends was a very big part of her life, as well as camping/boating trips, which were always a must. Most of all France loved life.
France is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Keith) Stillions of Fayetteville, GA and Joelle (Neal) Stillions of Ovid, NY; grandchildren, Hilery (Patrick) Wilson of Monroe, GA, Tera (Matthew) Stagg of Interlaken, NY, Devon (Audra) Stillions of Spokane Valley, WA, and Amber (Nathen Neally) Stillions of Lindley, NY; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Trent Stagg, Adrien and Charlee Wilson, Toby Stillions and Bryson Neally.
There will be a celebration of life announced in the spring of 2020.
