Edward B. Perlmutter, 85, of Simsbury Dr., died Thursday, March 06, 2014 at the Beechtree Care Center. He was born in Bayonne, NJ, son of the late Samuel and Rebecca Perlmutter.
Ed was a retired manufacturer's representative and was a former business owner. He was a member of Jewish War Veterans #425.
Ed is survived by his wife of 57 years, Annette Jaffe Perlmutter; his children, Shelley Perlmutter (Stuart Widom), Gary Perlmutter and Debra Perlmutter; his grandchildren, Christina Knowlton (Davis), Wayne Voorhees, Nathan and Rachel Widom and Amelia Morais and his great grandchildren, Julian, Jordan and Jayden and Weston, who is due to arrive this month. He is also survived by his sister, Sonia Roberts (Daniel) and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, March 09, 2014 at 1 p.m. at the Lakeview Cemetery with Rabbi Scott Glass officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
