Edward Roy Enders, Jr.

Edward Roy Enders, Jr., 53, of 811 Trumbulls Corners Rd., died Tuesday, September 04, 2012 at the Cayuga Medical Center following a long illness. He was born November 29, 1958 son of Marie Kemp Enders who survives him and the late Edward Roy Enders, Sr.
Ed received an associate's degree from Tompkins Cortland Community College and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was employed as a maintenance specialist with the Trumansburg School District and had previously worked for Cayuga Lumber. He was an avid outdoorsman and sportsman who loved to hunt and fish.
In addition to his mother, Ed is survived by his sisters, Judy Paul of Ithaca, Geraldine "Gerrie" (William) Lampman of Manlius, Suzanne (Frank) Harris of Grand Isle, VT and Teri Enders of Ithaca and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins. In addition to his dad, Ed was also predeceased by his daughter, MacKenzie Enders and his beloved dog, Cody.
Funeral services will be celebrated by Pastor Dale Ford on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Bangs Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Trumbull's Corners Cemetery. Friends may call prior to the service beginning at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed's memory may be made to the Trumbull's Corners Community Church, Newfield, NY 14867 or the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St, New York, NY 10016. Ed and his family will be forever grateful to the Doctors, Nurse's and Staff at the Ithaca Dialysis Clinic for their loving care.
