Douglas Robinson

Douglas Robinson, 77, of Ithaca, New York, passed away on March 04, 2023. Douglas was born on March 12, 1946 to Alice and Leon Robinson. After graduating from Ithaca High School, Doug went on to serve in the United States Army as a Warrant Officer in the Vietnam War. He earned a degree in Optical Engineering from Bryant College. Doug held several patents for optics. Doug had a successful wood carving business in Massachusetts. In his later life Doug became an expert gardener and enjoyed canning and running gardening websites. Doug is survived by his daughter Lauren Rocker, son in law Tom and granddaughter Amelia.
