Doris "Doe" Perialas

Doris Perialas, "Doe" 87, of Ithaca, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 30, 2024, following a brief illness. She was born in Ithaca on January 4, 1937, daughter of the late Emil and Josephine Eframson. 
Doris was a longtime businesswoman in Ithaca, NY where she ran VALEX Booking Agency with her husband and partner, John Perialas. She loved to travel, play tennis, read, listen to all types of music, and spend time with her family—especially her grandchildren and great-grandson. She was a proud member of the Ithaca Yacht Club and knew how to throw a rockin’ party. Her laughter, quick wit, and wry sense of humor will be sorely missed.  
Doris is survived by her children, Valerie Perialas and Jenny Crabtree and Alexander and Kristina Perialas, all of Ithaca; her grandchildren, Melissa Littlefield and Spencer Schaffner, and Jonathan and Sheila Littlefield; her great-grandson, Isaac Sosnoff; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Perialas; her brother-in-law, Constantine Perialas; her brother, Gus Eframson; and her sister, Marie Dougherty. 
Doris’ family is very grateful for her caregivers at Cayuga Medical Center.
