C. Theresa Ceracchi Macera

C. Theresa Ceracchi Macera, 82, died Thursday, January 29, 2014 at the Cayuga Medical Center. She was born in Ithaca, daughter of the late Angelo and Consolina Rossi Ceracchi.

Theresa was the former secretary/treasurer at Cerrache Cable TV and had also managed numerous local properties that had been developed by her brother, Anthony. She was a lifelong member of the Immaculate Conception Church.

She is survived her sons, Mark (Marisa) Macera and Gary Macera and her grandchildren, Christina, Brandon and Bethany Macera. In addition to her parents, Theresa was also predeceased by her brother, Anthony Ceracche.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Jeffrey Tunnicliff on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers donations in Theresa's memory can be directed to the Longview Endowment, 1 Bella Vista Dr., Ithaca, NY 14850 or to the charity of one's choice. Bangs Funeral is assisting the family.
