Beulah Carr was born on June 7th, 1929, to Teresa Ivy and Willie Carr she was called home to her savior on January 23rd, 2023. Beulah is survived by her two sisters Jean Bailey and Joselyn Carr, 5 nephews, 4 nieces and a host of Gran nieces and nephews, her daughter Janet Edwards-Parker, 2 granddaughters and a great-granddaughter. Beulah's zest for life will be remembered long after her passing by all who knew and loved her.
