Beth H. Hilker

Beth Diane Hilker went home to be with the Lord on February 2, 2013 at Cayuga Medical Center. Beth was born on April 18,1941 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Lee and Melba Harden.

She lived the majority of her life in Ithaca but also traveled extensively throughout the world. She was planning to retire in February from Therm Incorporated after 33 and 1/2 years of faithful service as a Cost Accountant.

Beth was a caring and compassionate person with a forgiving and loving spirit that those who loved her will hold deep in their hearts forever. She also loved animals, science, puzzles, and singing. She loved God most of all and although did not want to leave her loved ones, she looked forward to spending eternity in Heaven adoring her Lord and Savior.

She was predeceased by her parents and survived by her sons Doug and Keith, her daughter Noreen von Borstel and son-in-law Doug, two grandchildren Jeremiah and Luke, Brother Gary and sister-in-law Deanna, many nieces ands nephews and cousins.

Friends may call on Wednesday February 6th, 2013 from 4:00-6:00 @ Bangs Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held at Bethel Grove Bible Church @ 1:00pm on Thursday February 7th, 2013. Spring interment will be at East Lawn Cemetery in Ithaca, N.Y.
