Barbara M. Perkins, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2019. She dedicated her life to her big family. Barbara’s husband , William C. Perkins III, passed in 2004 and she has missed him everyday since; they are finally reunited. She is survived by her loving children and their spouses, William C. Perkins IV (Colleen), Patricia S. Colon, Susan N. Belardinelli, and Barbara A. Richardson who predeceased her last year April 2018. She also survived by her ten much loved grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan (Jenna), Kyle Perkins, Elisa (Chuck) Cassidy, Marriana (Jason) Stenta, Sierra Colon, Audra & Deanna Belardinelli, Meghan & Colin Richardson and six great grandchildren. She is predeceased by one grandchild, Armando Colon. She will be remembered as the "best GG, Nana, Gram and Mom," one who lived a wonderful life and will forever be in each of her children's, grandchildren and great-grandchildren's hearts. Most of her favorite foods and recipes will be shared by the family to always think of how important family and spending time together was to Gram. Many special friends will remember Barbara’s humor, her HUGE heart, travel trips and sewing projects she loved to share with everyone! To say she will be missed is an understatement - but her life lessons and stress of importance for education and family will never be forgotten. We love you Mom, Gram, Nana and her favorite title “GG” 💕 Friends may call Saturday March 30, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Memorial donations in Barbara's memory may be made to either the S.P.C.A of Tompkins County or the National Arthritis foundation.
