Barbara J. Campbell

Barbara J. Campbell, 56, of Homestead Ln., Newfield, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at her home. She was born in Ithaca, daughter of the late Frank and Mary Havlik.

Barbara was a dedicated employee of Dairy One where she had worked as a lab technician for the past 38 years. She loved the outdoors and hunting and fishing.

A loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Barbara is survived by her longtime companion, James Bement; her children, Curtis Campbell and Paula (Jason) Knapp and her grandchildren, Curtis Frank Campbell, Jessi Bement, Hailey Bement, Trinity Bement and James Bement, Jr. She is also survived by her sisters, Patricia Tichenor, Denise Havlik and Darlene Drake; her brother, Thomas Havlik and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Bangs Funeral Home on Sunday, October 5th from 1 to 3 pm. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 6th at 1 pm at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Newfield.
