Ann C. Hranek, 77, of Mooresville, NC and formerly of Ithaca NY passed away
suddenly on Saturday, November 12
th
.
Ann was born in Ithaca, daughter of the late James P. and Agnes Walters Conahan. She
was a graduate of Ithaca High School, class of 1957. She retired from NYNEX after 30
years of service. Ann loved traveling, gardening and animals but what she loved most
was spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Mark (Lisa) Hranek of Sherrills Ford, NC: nephew, Jeff
(Susan) Kemp of Corvallis, OR: her son-in-law, James Bordoni and grandson, Kevin
Bordoni, both of Ithaca. Ann was predeceased by her husband of 26 years, John P.
Hranek, daughter Lori Bordoni, sister Carol Kemp and brother-in-law John Wayne
Kemp.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, November 17
th
from 4:00 to 6:00PM at the Bangs
Funeral Home. A mass will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, November 18
th
at
Immaculate Conception Church, 113 N. Geneva St, Ithaca NY. Burial be held
immediately following at the Calvary Cemetery.
